Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Babergh and Mid Suffolk Councils for an Admin Assistant to join their Building Services team within their Housing Department to provide a range of administrative and technical support.
This role will focus on all administration processes for Building Services which encompasses responsive repairs, planned maintenance and compliance work. But in particular, the role will involve looking through data of repair works orders that have been raised and closing these down where completed. Some analysis of outstanding data
The successful candidate will ideally have proven administration skills, ability to organise own workload, confident communicator and experienced in using Excel, work through data/analyse data.
There is no public transport near the depot in Great Wenham so the successful candidate must drive/own vehicle.
Knowledge of Open Housing and Integra desirable but full training will be provided.
