Harris global are currently recruiting for a Contract Administrator to join a roofing client on a permanent basis in their Merseyside office.
Key skills:
To provide a facilitation/administrative service to the Contracts Department. This covers a broad-spectrum including customer service – both internally and externally, assisting with the procurement, planning and delivery processes.
Preferably the candidate should have experience in the construction industry.
Microsoft Office experience is essential as is the ability to influence, negotiate and communicate at all levels. Self-organisation, decision making, and self-motivation are key skills for a successful candidate.

Ensuring that the works are progressing in accordance with the contract programme and therefore that the completion date is achieved by the parties
Report to the employer on progress of works
Determining applications for an extension of time
Keeping records. This could include keeping records of site visits, correspondence etc.
