We are looking for a Contracts Manager to join our team in Birmingham. As a B2B provider, we offer our services nationwide, specializing in working on live environments and refurbishment.
The ideal candidate will have a driving license and be able to work from our Birmingham office. The position offers a laptop, mobile, and vehicle (or allowance).
Job Description:
Manage contracts and oversee the successful delivery of roofing projects.
Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
Manage project teams and coordinate subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Opt out of the 48-hour maximum working week.
General hours of work are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
28 days gross holiday.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in the roofing industry.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
